By accessing and using Huesly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Huesly is a brand design system generator that creates color palettes, typography pairings, spacing scales, border radius systems, and shadow scales. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts and Data Storage

To use certain features, you must create an account through Supabase authentication. Your account data and generated designs are stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Understand that your data is hosted on Supabase and Vercel infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information to Stripe
• Allow automatic subscription renewals unless canceled
• Pay the current subscription price ($15.00/month for Pro)
• Understand that cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Accept that refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Receive notification 30 days in advance of any price changes

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the design systems you generate. Huesly retains all rights to the service, software, and underlying technology.

You may use generated design systems for any commercial or personal projects.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Use automated means to access the service excessively
• Resell or redistribute the service

8. Limitation of Liability

Huesly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
